CULTURE

Close your eyes.
Imagine how you would feel in your ideal community.
Here is our vision...

Live among people you know and respect

Share a love of tiny living and all the experiences it offers

Appreciate the sameness and differences of each other

Have open and curious discussions

Seek a deeper understanding of yourself through others

Have neighbors interested and respectful of your views, religions, and interests

Have shared concern over the Universe, World, and the People in it

Feel supported to serve others as both individuals and as a community

At times, share meals, play games and hang out!

At other times, enjoy the solitude and quiet of the country

Grow food in the small shared garden, compost, or donate your time and talents to help beautify the space you live in

Walk under a cedar tree in the summer to stay cool, sit by a fire pit in the winter to stay warm, open your windows to enjoy the breeze in a quiet country setting and star gaze on a clear night

We have nothing against RV parks, but we are not an RV park.

We have long term residents that generally know each other and share a commitment to work together and respect the community as a whole.

Currently we do not allow ADU, storage sheds, Air BNB/Sub leasing.
