We’re looking for community-minded individuals who want a peaceful place to park their tiny home or RV. Here is a quick look at the basics to see if we’re the perfect fit for your lifestyle!
Important things to consider
Your Home Base
We welcome Tiny Homes on Wheels (under 400 sq. ft.), as well as small RVs, camper vans, and skoolies.
All-Inclusive Rent
For $600/month, you get water, septic, trash, Wi-Fi, and storm shelter access. (A minimum one-year lease is required).
Power Hookups
Each site is equipped with 30 or 50-amp electrical hookups. Need more power? We have two premium spots with 100-amp service!
Insurance Required
For everyone's safety and peace of mind, we require proof of insurance for your tiny house or RV prior to move-in.
Pet Friendly
We welcome up to 2 good-tempered domestic dogs, plus cats and standard indoor pets (sorry, no exotic animals).
Size & Age Guidelines
THOWs are ideally 8.5–10 ft. wide and under 36 ft. long. RVs should be under 40 ft. and 10 years old or newer (older rigs in excellent condition are also welcome!).
Spacious Lots
Enjoy room to breathe! Your overall space is a generous 20x50 ft., featuring a level 30x10 ft. gravel pad for your home.
Convenient Parking
You will have up to 2 dedicated parking spots right at your home, plus additional designated parking for your guests.
Application Process
To keep our community safe, we require a standard background and credit check for all applicants (minimum credit score of 630).
Clean & Peaceful Living
We are a strict no-smoking community (vaping is strongly discouraged). We ask all residents to keep their homes and lots neat and tidy.
